Agents, please take note:
As you likely know, Burlington is an excellent market that punches well above its weight class, but we’re in the burbs, not surrounded by college kids drinking until 2am. Our programming is built around our demo’s needs: earlier shows; safe, free, abundant parking; a comfortable venue with a good bar and seating options.
Routed dates are ideal. If you’re in New York, Boston, Montreal or secondaries like Portland, Albany and Northampton, we’re ready to do off nights. This is a great place to end a week and enjoy a couple of down days.
Our lounge and theater have excellent production and are great options for higher ticket underplays or special acoustic or stripped-down seated shows.
We have a rehearsal space, and are close to ski resorts, sailing, hiking and biking, shopping and services, including music stores, luthiers, and equipment repair pros.
Our sister property—a 4-star resort and spa—adds to the potential of making those off nights awesome (maybe your client will thank you for being so thoughtful!)
We fall outside of the radius for most larger regional summer festivals—another reason to entertain those off night avails.
